The BSBA Marketing Management students of the RCC College of Business and Accountancy held their 7th Marketing Day Celebration on March 13-15, 2024. The activity aimed to cultivate, enhance, and maximize students’ potential, soft and hard skills, and team spirit.

This three-day celebration marked a significant milestone in the journey of the BSBA students. With the theme "From Crush to Customer: Nurturing Brand Affection," this annual event is designed to showcase the skills of BSBA-MM students in sales, innovation, and creativity. Through a series of activities, presentations, and demonstrations, participants had the opportunity to exhibit and enhance not only their skills but also their practical knowledge in the field of marketing.

As part of the opening salvo, the first day of the event focused on introducing products, showcasing booth creativity, and evaluating the selling skills of BSBA students. The atmosphere was abuzz with energy as students displayed their innovative approaches and entrepreneurial spirit. Day two witnessed a continuation of the selling event, with salesmanship sizzling on. The aspiring marketing professionals from each year level persisted in their endeavors, demonstrating resilience and determination. The bustling marketplace reflected the dedication and passion of the participants. As the final day unfolded, the BSBA students gave their last efforts, leaving no stone unturned in their pursuit of excellence. Theculmination of the event was marked by an awarding ceremony where recognition was given to acknowledge the efforts exerted by the students. The BSBA-1 was awarded best booth, best product, and best in sales. The BSBA-2 also received the best product award. The BSBA-3 and BSBA-4 weregiven a special award as best in customer service.

In conclusion, the annual celebration of Marketing Days served as a testament to the talent, creativity, and dedication of the BSBA Marketing Management students. By providing a platform to showcase their skills and learn from real-world experiences, the event fostered not only practical knowledge but also instilled a sense of camaraderie and enthusiasm within the school community.
