Total Development of Man based on FAITH, SCIENCE and VIRTUE

Among the 35 nominations from all over Central Luzon, RCCians secured a spot for, “Mga Huwarang Mag-aaral ng Gitnang Luzon” (HMGL) 2023 organized by the Ten Oustanding Students of the Philippines - Region 3 Alumni Community of Heroes (TOSP-R3ACH).

(TOSP-R3ACH). Timmy Jane C. Bacungan - BSEd English and Francis Joko E. Guira - BSEd Mathematics, both an alumni from the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASED) were awarded of the prestigious award for students who showcased exemplary performance in the field of student leadership, academics, and social responsibility.

Bacungan and Guira faced numerous stages in the sessions held at Dr. Yanga's Colleges, Inc. (DYCI) in Bocaue, Bulacan on October 13-16, 2023 to hone and deepen their passion for leading and serving the community.

During the awarding, the CASED Dean, Dr. Jumar G. Basco and the Head of the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), Mr. Ahmed B. Samia Jr. attended the event to give support for the RCC awardees.

The HMGL 2023 is an annual search for top students in the region conducted by the TOSP-R3ACH and is an independent awards program not included in the Search for the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines.
