RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER

 

Research in higher education aims to:

1. push the frontiers of knoweldge across all the identified higher eduation disciplines in the country;

2. enhance instruction through original contributions in specialized disciplines, thereby, encouraginng students to become themselves creative, innovative, and productive individuals; and

3. develop unifying theories or models which can be translated into mature technologies for the purpsoe of improving the quality of life of the Filipinos within the sphere of influence of the academic institutions in the country.

 

Vision


       The RDC envisions to join the ranks of accredited and research-oriented institutions in Central Luzon by strengthening the educational programs and developing the research skills of the members of the academe to make them productive members of the community, the country, and the world at large.

 

Mission

        To enhance the development of the faculty and students to their fullest potentials and to advance the frontiers of knowledge through scientific yet humanistic research.

Goals 

RDC aims to:        

  1. support and enhance RCC instruction and community extension services;
  2. direct policy in research that will serve as a guide for the administrators, faculty members, non-teaching personnel, and students;
  3. build up research capabilities  to respond to the emerging needs of the school and the community in particular and the country in general;
  4. widen access to research opportunities and resources for greater utilization and application; and
  5. produce research outputs that are beneficial and useful for the improvement of the quality of life of the people.
