On November 3-5, 2015, RCC was visited and assessed by the ISA team for Institutional Sustainability Assessment (ISA) of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Based on the ISA Report, RCC has met the following criteria in all respects, at a level that demonstrates good practice:1) Enabling Features under Governance and Management; 2) Faculty Profile; (3) Use of ICT and Learning Resources, both under Quality of Teaching and Learning; 5) Professional Exposure under Quality of Professional Exposure, Research, & Creative Work; 6) Student Services under Support for Students; and 7) Relevance of the Programs under Relations with the Community.
