RCC Honor Society (HonSoc) launched its first Virtual 3-day Project Turo, a peer tutorial and review program in the high school department, starting December 13, via Google Meet. Project Turo is a peer tutorial and review program by HonSoc that aims to help struggling and interested students in preparing for their quarterly exams. With the supervision of HonSoc advisers, Ms. Sweetzel P. Serrano and Ms. Sharmaine D. Marcelo, members of the group are each assigned a subject and a small class of student-participants for peer review of certain topics, days before an upcoming periodic exam, which in this case, the 2nd Periodic Exam this year. The 3-day program kicked off on December 13, where subjects from Grade 7 up to Grade 12 from different strands were slated into different dates and time periods. For the first day, subjects under Araling Panlipunan and Science were scheduled from 1:00-2:30PM and 3:00-4:30 PM, via Google Meet. Next, Filipino and English subjects were scheduled from 1:00-2:30 PM and 3:00-4:30 PM. On the last day, subjects under Mathematics were scheduled on the last day from 1:00-3:00 PM. |
