The Junior High student Council (JHSC) welcomes July with three activities and programs aimed at fostering solidarity, leadership, and stewardship among the studentry, namely the 2nd RCC Junior High School Congress of Leaders, The RCC Junior High School Acquiatnce Party and the Oplan RCC: BalikKalinisan Project (BKP).
The highest student-governing body in the Junior High School is to organize the 2nd RCC Junior High School Congress of Leaders on July 15, Saturday, at the RCC Seminar Room; while this year's Acquaintance Party is to be held the following week, another Satuday, on July 22 at the RCC Quadrangle.
Oplan RCC: BKP on the other hand is a rebrand of the previous year's program for promoting cleanliness and stewardship. Oplan KKK (Kalinisan, Kaayusan tungo sa Kaunlaran), is about to be launched with the help of the Grade Level Student Councils (GLSCs) in the department. Oplan RCC: BKP purports to be a competition among the grade levels from Grades 7-10 in the mission to promote stewardship and discipline among the students, particularly in taking care of their classrooms and other school facilities.
With its new set of officers led by the chairperson, Patricia dela Cruz from 10-Confucius, the council planned and drafted its plan of action last summer against its three-year development plan. Dela Cruz and her team were formally sworn into office last June 7 at the RCC Seminar Room.
All the rest of the activities and programs set by the council to conduct this school year were all with the blessing and support of the High School Pricipal, Mrs. Shirly D. Lazatin, and the whole High School Department, together with the school administration and the students.
