In a grand spectacle of academic achievement and culinary finesse, the third-year Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) students recently set sail on a remarkable journey culminating in a spectacular event. On December 4, 2023, the RCC Seminar Room was transformed into a vessel of learning and celebration, marking the pinnacle of the student’s academic voyage in the subject of Catering Management.

Under the captivating theme of “Set on Board and Cruise with Us,” guests, including parents, professors, and administrators, embarked on an experience that navigated through the students’ dedication and expertise. They witnessed the culmination of hard work and talent, expressing gratitude for their unwavering support.

The highlight of the event was the students’ exquisite culinary creations, from appetizers to desserts, showcasing their mastery of the culinary arts amidst a thematic setting evoking the ambiance of a luxurious cruise. Throughout the event, attendees were treated to engaging displays and presentations, each element meticulously crafted to reflect the students’ proficiency and the essence of their learning journey.
