The said assembly commenced with a prayer led by Mrs. Michelle Dona Lagman, Adviser of HTM Society, and was formally opened by the HTM Student Council President, Dale Anthony Nonato, through his opening remarks. Welcome messages were then expressed by Hazel Cayanan, Alaissa Joie Bondoc, and Arzel Tupay, AccMA Student Council (AccMASC) Vice President, BA Student Council (BASC) Vice President, and HTM Student Council (HTMSC) Auditor, to extend a warm greeting to the participants respectively.

Subsequently, the program outcomes of the AccMA Department were discussed by Mrs. Erlinda Hipolito, adviser of AccMASC and JPIA. She was then followed by Ms. Stephanie Ann Sangalang, adviser of BASC and Marketing Society, who expounded on the program outcomes of the BA Department. Likewise, Dr. Wilma Nonato, Adviser of HTMSC, elaborated on the program outcomes of the HTM Department.

Upon witnessing the talents of the CBA performers during the intermission numbers, the master of ceremonies who also happened to be the President of AccMASC, Jhun Aldrin Ople, presented the newly elected officers of the Academic Year 2022-2023. Afterwards, the previous officers of each department conveyed their messages to their co-students led by Alnia Bautista, Jan Raphael Bungay, and Katrina Mae Capili, the previous year's AccMASC President, BASC President, and HTMSC Vice President, respectively.

Before the closing remarks delivered by the BASC President, Juliana Pearl Concepcion, an open forum took place and made the assembly even more exciting andinteresting. Hence, this initiated general assembly aimed to establish harmonious working relationships and inspire students to reach their full potential by recognizing individual and collective success in academics and non-academic endeavors.
